Electronics Inventory & Ecommerce Processing Specialist

Overview

This role sits between our warehouse and our ecommerce channels. You will process incoming electronics, keep inventory records accurate, prepare devices for listing, and support day-to-day fulfillment so that what we sell online matches what we actually have on the shelf.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and stage incoming electronics
• Verify device model, specifications, and condition
• Take clear listing-quality photographs
• Enter accurate details into inventory and listing systems
• Assist with pricing decisions using established guidelines
• Maintain organized shelving, bins, and staging areas
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately
• Reconcile inventory counts and flag discrepancies
• Coordinate with the technician team on devices needing further inspection

What success looks like

• Learn our intake and listing workflow during your first 30 days
• Process and list devices independently within 90 days
• Keep inventory records honest and current
• Ship orders on time with minimal errors
• Suggest small process improvements as you learn the operation

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Careful with details and documentation
• Comfortable using computers and web-based tools
• Able to follow written processes
• Honest when a mistake or discrepancy occurs
• Able to work independently and coordinate with a small team

Helpful experience (not required)

• Ecommerce experience (eBay, Amazon, Shopify, similar)
• Warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience
• Familiarity with Apple or consumer electronics
• Product photography
• Shipping and receiving

Physical requirements

• Standing, walking, and moving inventory throughout the day
• Lifting boxes and staged electronics
• Working at a photography and processing station

Ideal candidate

Someone organized and detail-oriented who takes pride in keeping information accurate. A college degree is not required.
